Here is another website I like a lot. The Tokyo Food Page is a complete guide to Japanese cuisine and eating in Japan. With great recipes, tours of Japanese markets, and tips on the best places to eat in Tokyo and Yokohama and it really just makes me wanna go back to Japan!

Chow.com one of the most popular web sites devoted to food and drink, and a lot of their users are seriously devoted to sushi! Their goal is to inject that sensibility into its smorgasbord of recipes, restaurant reviews, party hints, video tutorials and coverage of the marketing and culture of food. What I have used the most is their reviews of sushi restaurant. If there is a place I have heard of, I can be almost sure that it has a review on this site already. Here is what they say about themselves:

The sushi chart stands out as a sushi website because of their sushi chart. I really would call it a maki chart - because this is a comprehensive list of popular sushi rolls found in most sushi menus and explains the content of these rolls. The list that can be sorted on price, whether or not it is spicy, contains fish or if the main ingredients are cooked. A nice site!

The Kosher Sushi Club is a group of fresh fish lovers in St. Louis who love good sake, fresh tuna and great friends. All are welcome to join then — you don’t have to be a heeb.
Some of their favorite haunts include Yoshi’s, Cha Yoon, Sansui West, and Rue 13. No greater purpose. Just love of good food and great friends.

At thesushibar.com you find all kinds of different things - discussion board, etiquette, some wonderful pictures of all the different types of fish with the proper names, which can be very useful when you are trying to learn more about sushi. The picture gallery also includes some examples of why sushi is considered to be art! Ahh. Beautiful!

I found this beautiful sushi website the other day! This girl, Allison, makes wonderful sushi at home and shares her recipes with the rest of us. You should go and check it out. She writes about it in detail and takes great pictures of it. I get hungry every time I go there! She is the one that says that every day is a sushi day! We so agree…
I gathered some links to some recipes that I will try myself… Mmmmmm.

This is a website that keeps on popping up whenever I am looking for something about, on or regarding sushi. As the name of the website says it really is SushiFAQ, and I love the way he is really into his sushi and have tons of experience with it. It is not the easiest website to navigate on, usually I get there by searching on Google.
He says:
“I have spent years studying the nuances of Japanese dining and have learned many of the rules for eating sushi in a traditional restaurant.”
And on this website he lets all of us in on some of the secrets of sushi. I am very grateful.
He covers topics like:
- What is sushi?
- What are the different kinds of sushi?
- What is sashimi?
- What are those things other than fish I see on my plate?
- How To Use Chopsticks.
- What do all these words mean? (i.e. terminology)
…to mention a few. As I said - pretty much everything I am wondering about, this guy has something on.

It is a couple of years ago (2005), but this guy set his mind to covering all of London’s sushi restaurants in zone 1. Now that is impressive! It seems to last him only a couple of months, but in that time he covered a whole bunch. I wonder what happened?
Nol and the Quest for Sushi is an adventure of epic proportions inwhich I will eat in every sushi restaurant in London zone 1 by the end of the year. That’s nine months. This is London. That’s a lot of restaurants.
As Master Yoda says “Try not. Do or do not, there is no try.”

This website has really good content and some great Flash animations onto how to do a lot of typical sushi stuff. I found this website quite instructive and entertaining, and they have a great sense of humor.
The website you are now surfing was founded by a sushi fan known by the name of Oso-wakki. Up until today we have yet to get a clear answer as to why. Anyway, the purpose of this website is to give a shelter and a stage for those who wish to explore and improve the taste of a good sushi roll.
As a cultural leader in its territory, we will attempt to bring you the best of the world-wide sushi culture in the form of recommendations for sushi restaurants, sushi festivals, and pictures of celebrities enjoying their sushi in partial nudity.
You should take a look!
