I feel like this mouse looks more scared than happy… A very arranged picture. But mice are cute, though. Especially sushi eating ones.
I was recently tag’ed with a meme by Øystein over at The Sterile Eye. You should go check out his blog, it’s facinating. But brace yourself; he is a medical videographer/photographer and his blog is pretty much all about surgery and different types of techniques for that. A bit of blod and stuff you might say.
Diet Riot is maybe one of the weirdest websites I have seen in a while. It has really cute animated and illustrated characters by Philipp Zurmoehle about different types of sushi - at war? Well, it tells me that my kitchen is not safe anymore… The militant (!) maki can do break dancing, the egg cooks like a dj, the squid has it’s own miletary squad… Very weird.

What do a love-lorn bunny and a greedy alien have in common? Sushi of course!
Allison at SushiDay.com is great. Not only is she a full time student, she is also a dancer, a great blogger/writer and an aspiring sushi chef. She is constantly adding to her list of recipes and making it much easier for the rest of us to experiment with new stuff. I have not had much time to make sushi lately, but this summer I will make sure I try out some of her wonderfully sounding ones. Here are some of her latest creations:

Here is an example of cool use of new technology! Sushibar television is live online video of a restaurant in Texas. During business hours you can see what’s happening inside and get a feel for what’s going on before you actually go there. If you visit here during their business hours, check out the live stream and get your virtual sushi fill.

Viral marketing is important, also for sushi bars. Sushi Hiroba is a place in Hollywood, Los Angeles, that made this cute video to promote their place. Maybe not the best acting performances we’ve seen, but the idea is funny. The music is great though.
