Here is a vegetarian sushi recipe I found and wanted to share with you guys. I don’t think Chrystal really can call this sushi, since the rice is missing altogether, but it is an interesting, new twist:

You trim the crusts of the white bread, place the bread on the nori sheet, just spread some vegan mayonnaise or vegetarian salad cream evenly on the bread and place a Japanese cucumber strip on the bread and start rolling … Voila!
