Catch your own sushi

At the restaurant Zauo in Kagawa-ken, Shikoku Japan, you actually have to first catch your sushi before getting to eat it! Parts of the restaurant is shaped like a boat from where you stand and try to to catch your dinner. In the water there are 10 different kinds of fish - from lobsters to mackerel.
When you do catch something, the waiters come and pick it up, take it to the kitchen and turn it into a sushi on the spot. In minutes it’s gone from fish to a fancy course that costs more than $30.
We at Sushi or Death are not the best at greeting our food before we eat it, but it does sound like an experience. Watch the video from the link below.
