I went to Nydalen EAT for a snack after work, and I was not happy at all when I left with my friend. They came relatively fast with the menu, and took our order. We got the food quite fast too, and the sushi was ok, but no more. But when we finished, and as our plates were empty it was quite obvious that we were done, we were completely ignored! We wanted some dessert, but after we'd tried to establish eye contact with the staff and wave at them for 20 minutes, we no longer had the time. But we still had to wait another 10 minutes for no one to give us the bill. Eventually I went to the till and it took at least 3 minutes for them to give me any attention, even though they were standing right there. When I got some attention they just gave me the bill, I paid, and he almost didn't give me my change. It was only 2 kroner, but I wasn't leaving any more than I had to at that place. No tip from me, and no thank you and goodbye from them. I'm not going back there. Even though the food was ok, the sevice was horrible! I totally agree with you.
