I was going after Sushi Zone, one of the famous sushi places in San Fransisco, but they were unfortunately not open for lunch. From some fellow sushi fans at the next door bookshop I got a tip about this little, hidden sushi bar on the corner between Sanchez and 16th Street called Eiji.
I guess I have been spoiled and had too many fantastic sushi experiences lately. This was not one. On the contrary. The place smelled of fish when I entered, the rest room was not nice, and the food was - well, smelly too. It was a smelly experience. I am tired of that.
Enough said.
Summary:
This was not for me. I am tired of mediocre and smelly sushi. It has followers, so I might be wrong.
