I wish we had a Kuchi in Oslo. This was a restaurant I would love to go to on a regular basis. It had such an interesting menu that I was very sorry that we could not try it all.
We had their beautifully made rainbow maki, a tempura maki and a special maki that I can’t remember the name of.
All of what we got was just great. In addition to looking like it was made by someone inspired, it was also very surprising. They had used such differences in tastes together - crunchy deep fried onions togheter with kimchi type spicy tuna. The presentation was adorable and the whole experience really, really inspiring!
Summary:
Great place - inspiring and surprising in flavors! Will go back.
