		<description>I agree! It really is amazing. The fact that it also is so perishable too, in that they last only until they are eaten - it is also part of the beauty in my mind. Luckily some of these are taken pictures of before they vanish though.</description>

		<description>Those pictures are beautiful!  Isn't it amazing that talented chefs can turn their food into a piece of art?  I used to work in the restaurant business and one of my favorite chefs would always compare his empty plate to a blank canvas.  So awesome.</description>
