I really get to stretch my Japanese in this video. Ahh. I love kazari maki-zushi!
This just looks so simple, but is so beautiful! And really - it is NOT that easy either. I have tried…

  1. I am a sushi lover! i love making sushi at home.. and i second you.. it is HARD to do thsi kazaris!
    grettings from spain.

  2. Wohoo! Visitors from Spain! I love that there are sushi lovers all over the world. What are typical spanish sushi favorites? What do you like to make? I think Norwegians are very fond of their salmon. It is usually very fresh. I like to make nigiri salmon, spicy salmon maki, tempura shrimp maki and different types of maki using eel! Mmmm. Thanks for visiting! Come back soon. :)

I think it is really hard too! I like trying to make rolls with faces and stuff, but it usually ends up looking something like that freestyle sushi thing:

Btw. My favorite type of sushi is aji and uni when in sushi bars,
while I am making different types of maki at home usually.
