A very brief guest review written by:
Lisa Luyet, Little Rock Arkansas, USA
I have had Sushi in upscale sushi restaurants in California that was not as good as what I had at Mt Fuji. The tuna is fresh, and the selection of rolls is wonderful. The Volcano roll is covered with an amazing duo of sauces that is heavenly, and it is not deep fried, like others I have had. I recommend the Love Boat.
Since this was a very brief review - I will add some based on information from their website:
They opened in 1986 and claims to be the only truly Japanese restaurant in Arkansas. “It is still the most authentic Japanese restaurant today in Little Rock. We serve sushi, tempura, teriyaki dishes, noodles (udon) and many other kinds of authentic Japanese food.”
They have won awards such as Best Sushi, Best Food, and Best Restaurant from the Arkansas Times, and their sushi chef has 20 years of experience and has studied with several of the Master Chefs of Japan. You find more info on their website.
Summary:
Fresh tuna. Great rolls.
