Again - a place that comes highly recommended. Why, I have no idea.
We went there on a Saturday night and it was pretty much packed with people, so I was expecting a lot. I overheard others telling each other about this place and how good it was for being cheap, but unfortunately I did not get what they were saying after they got their food since I was too upset with my own. It might be that the chef was having a bad fish day. I don’t know. I have been here before since it is about the only place in Oslo that have Korean food, so I know they also have good food, but until I have to, I don’t think I will come back for the sushi.
I ordered the tempura maki and a moriawase menu. The maki was barely ok, the presentation boring. Several of the pieces of fish I got was so incredibly chewy that I had to spit it back out and - you just don’t do that… Hm.
Summary:
I don’t get what people see in this place. Maybe they had a bad fish day. I guess I must retry.
