A lot of sushi bars have a neon signs to signalize to us desperate night wanderers where we can get our fill. I have tried to understand how to evaluate the quality of sushi from the sign outside, but I think that I need some more experience from more sushi populated areas like the US or Japan.

Some of the signs are cheesy, some are funny and others are outright weird. To call it art is a bit of a stretch maybe. But I think they are very cool. Here are a collection of some I found on Zooomr, Goolge and Flickr.
