Sunflower sushi!

Ken Kawasumi is an artist! To promote his new book the sushi chef Ken Kawasumi has attempted to recreate one of Vincent van Gogh’s Sunflower paintings using only raw fish! Now that is amazing!
Kawasumi displayed his skill of transforming sushi into a colorful work of art at the special event celebrating the publishing of his new book ‘The most simple way to make decorative sushi-rolls’ in Japan. That guy’s insane(ly good). Wow.
Wow. That is insane. Though I can’t see too many details in the photo other than a few big pieces of sushi. Is the entire piece edible? And is it all sushi or is there some fruit and/or vegetables mixed in the background?
