Sushi Competition - London

Here everyone are invited to “be a part of sushi history and win fantastic prizes!” To take part in the contest you to come up with an idea for a new kind of sushi that includes vinegared sushi rice. Your entry will be judged by the Seven Sushi Samurai based on the criteria of taste, presentation and originality.
Oooh. That sounds like fun. I am definitely not on that level, but could be something for Allison at sushiday.com! She has award winning kind of recipes!

Haha I don’t know if my recipes could win something that big… but it does look like a lot of fun! Too bad I have school during the competition… and absolutely no way of getting to London! I can’t wait to hear what kind of new fabulous sushi wins the competition!
I keep on thinking that you are doing this sushi thing full time, forgetting that you are actually still in school. I see a career here, ms Allison!

I am seriously thinking of going. It is not that far from Oslo. Will try and get myself on that waiting list.
