An Australian advertising agency came up with a very unique way to advertise for the sushi restaurant Sushi Roll in a crowded mall. By taking pictures of sushi and attaching them to the rails of the escalator leading up to the sushi bar, they increased walk-in visitors to the restaurant by 38%! The video shows that it also got the eye and attention of pretty much everyone going up that escalator.


I know if I went to that mall for something completely different, I would probably forget all about it and go have sushi instead. It kind of works well as a kaiten sushi menu. Brilliant idea!
