Just arriving in San Fransisco and I had no clue where to go for good sushi I unfortunately ended up eating bad sushi again… I know I should have left when I came in the door, but I am still bad at that.
I just ordered two rolls - a San Fransisco roll because I just came there, and a Cherry blossom roll because it looked beautiful. The first one was almost ok, except that the fish on the outside felt like it had gone bad, and the second was beautiful, but the tuna was awful. I could only finish a couple of pieces. Ahhh… I hate having bad sushi!
The ones running the Sushi Factory were kind of sweet, but they just don’t know the subtleties of the Japanese food culture or service… They served us Chinese tea, force on us miso soup, gave us almost no ginger (deadly sin on this website… :), and gave us food after we had finished eating, because we had spent enough money to “earn” another roll… Weird concept. Weird place.
No. This place was not for me.
Summary:
Oh no. Not good sushi. I would stay away.
