		<description>I think you are right about that it might not have been a bluefin tuna, and that most sushi bars in Oslo don't really serve that. Not skilled enough to know which is which yet... *embarrassed...* According to several websites - the yellowfin is used as a popular replacement for bluefin tuna because of the their low conservation threat level. I just have to make sure not to order toro (*sigh*) when going to Alex, Nodee or Nippon Art then.

		<description>I strongly doubt they would have any bluefin tuna to sell you at Sushi House anyway. Close to all sushi places in Oslo use yellowfin tuna. The meat is leaner and often has a bit firmer texture. It also rarely have the reddiness of the bluefin tuna. Don't know if you point is valid for yellowfin tuna also though.

 If you go to places like Alex or Nodee you may be served bluefin tuna or at least the toro part which you don't really get with yellowfin tuna. Not sure about Nippon Art, they may serve bluefin as well.</description>
