
I love sushi flatware. This designer, Vikki Smyth, is quite special. Her approach is for from traditional Japanese. She makes food presentation and table-top sets for high end hotels (W, Wynn’s places) according to Gizmondo. Here is her signature piece, the Sushi-Ushi sushi tray, a colorful, playful sushi tray that really stands out.
They come in three versions, a 36-inch for $330, a 25-inch for $230 and a 20-inch for $180.
